Colin Powell once said “ A dream does not become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work”, For the Ga west Municipal Facility to thrive and achieve excellence in providing good and quality healthcare services to our clients and the nation at a whole, we can not forget to appreciate the resilience of our staff members for their hard work, dedication, and professionalism.
Hence, the management of the Ga West Municipal facility has come out with the “ Star Employee of the Month” initiative which seeks to reward and appreciate its staff members who perform exceedingly well at their posts. However, every month staff members across the various units are nominated, vetted, and interviewed and the best candidate who wins has their photos beautifully framed and hung across the facility.
At the end of every year, all candidates who won for their various months are all called back for performance review and the best three are awarded cash prizes and souvenirs as the overall best employee of the year annual program.
