Mandate
To ensure that goods (drugs and non-drugs) are obtained through the provisions outlined in the Public Procurement 2003, Act 663 as amended in 2016, Act 914.
Functions
- Organizes procurement meetings.
- Conducts market survey.
- Classifies and groups items into lots.
- Sources for suppliers.
- Updates procurement plan and register.
- Prepares tender documents, purchase orders, and award letters.
- Evaluates bids and compile report.
- Files and update records.
- Manages contract.
